Tomorrow it arrives at Piazza Affari di Soul Holding. The confirmation came yesterday from Borsa Italiana. In recent days, the offer price was set at 4,20 euros for each ordinary share, having a question which, at the offer price, was equal to approx 5,4 times the quantity of shares offered (including greenshoe option). The total value of the asset management group, on the basis of the offer price, therefore reaches 1,2 billion euros.
The Global Offering Coordinators are Goldman Sachs International, Banca IMI and UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking who, together with UBS Investment Bank, are also acting as Joint Bookrunners. Banca IMI is also Head of Placement for the Public Offering. UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking also acts as Sponsor.
