Ancelotti on the Napoli bench and Juve meets Morata

The dream becomes reality: Carlo Ancelotti is the new coach of Napoli. The agreement, already in the air on Tuesday evening, was reached yesterday on the basis of a three-year contract worth 6,5 million per season, including his staff, which will also include his son Davide and son-in-law Fulco. The contract has already been signed, complete with an announcement on the Azzurri's official website and the very first words of the person concerned ("see you on July 9, it will be an honor to share our passion for football").

A lightning negotiation, which took off as soon as De Laurentiis understood that Sarri would not have accepted to remain at the helm of the club. The president did not like (understatement) the hesitation of the good Maurizio and decided to attack: by contacting (and contracting) Ancelotti, of course, but also by greeting his current coach with a tweet that leaves no room for doubt.

"You have given us prestige and emotions" tweeted Adl, thus leaving Sarri, in fact, without a team. The coach will be able to settle elsewhere (Zenit favorite but watch out for Chelsea), meanwhile Napoli is ready to dive into a market which, inevitably, will be crackling like never before. Ancelotti, who greeted the fans in four languages and who will soon have his son Davide and son-in-law Fosco on his staff, is a guarantee of big names, it is no coincidence that the rumors are continuing unabated.

There is already talk of Vidal and Benzema, players with very high salaries (over 8 million per season) but also with an absolute feeling with Carlo, as well as the confirmation of Koulibaly, Milik, Zielinski and Insigne, a sine qua non posed by the new blue coach . Hamsik and Jorginho, on the other hand, are on the list of departures (provided they don't change their minds now), while Callejon and Mertens remain in the balance due to release clauses that are anything but affordable (23 and 28 million respectively).

Naples unleashed therefore, but also the others are certainly not watching. Leaving Milan aside for a few days (at least until the Uefa ruling), there is a Juve that meets Morata (yesterday at lunch in Milan with Paratici) and dreams of Milinkovic-Savic and an Inter grappling with yet another Icardi case . Wanda Nara was quite clear: either she renews or she leaves.

However, the first hypothesis is clearly favored, especially as Mauro himself has repeatedly clarified that his desire is to stay in Milan. The Nerazzurri are also struggling with the redemptions of Cancelo and Rafinha, who are currently quite distant: both Valencia and Barcelona have already made it known that they will not make discounts on the 35 and 38 million already agreed in the loan.

The good news instead concerns Spalletti, one step away from extending his contract until 2021: the summit between the parties (present, in addition to the coach, Zhang Jr, Ausilio and Antonello) produced white smoke, complete with a salary increase. We'll see what happens, but in the meantime the market has exploded and promises to give us a really hot summer.
