Anas: 1.000 hires on the way

Anas's thousand-hire plan is almost ready. According to what Il Messaggero writes today, the board of directors of the company would have examined the project in the meeting of last January 27 and at this point the only thing missing is the officialisation, which could arrive in the next few days.

The personnel renewal program involves almost 17% of the entire workforce, which today is approximately 6 people, and was decided by the managing director Gianni Vittorio Armani in consultation with the Government.

Generational change is a way to overcome past management, tainted by corruption scandals, but also a concrete need, given that the average age of Anas personnel is 48 years old.

The recruitment process will last three years and will mainly involve professionals of a technical nature, who will have to work in the design and construction of road works: 100 will be engineers, while the other 900 will occupy operational roles.

The plan also includes early retirement incentives for 50 managers and 300 officers and employees. According to estimates, the inclusion of the new thousand workers should also have a positive impact on the accounts of 5-6 million euros.
