Amplifon (EXM; Bloomberg/Reuters ticker: AMP:IM/AMPF.MI), a global leader in hearing solutions and services, has signed with Intesa Sanpaolo a loan sustainability-linked for 5 years for a total of 175 million euros. The financing consists of a revolving credit line (revolving) of 100 million euros and a long-term line (term loan) EUR 75 million.

With these two lines of credit, the value of sustainable financing obtained by Amplifon, including those revolving, reaches 1 billion euros, demonstrating the Group's commitment to the continuous integration of ESG factors into its operational and financial strategy. The financing, structured as a sustainability-linked loan, provides for a margin adjustment mechanism linked to the achievement of specific indicators included in the Company's Sustainability Plan.

Through this operation, Amplifon further strengthens its liquidity position, diversifies funding sources and extends the average maturity of debt.

For Intesa Sanpaolo, the financing was structured by the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, led by Mauro Micillo, thus confirming the Group's constant commitment to supporting the sustainable development and growth of companies.
