In the first week of December, the Amber Capital fund sold four packages of Save shares on the market, the company that manages the Venice and Treviso airports, collecting 1,878 million euros. According to the latest communications to Consob, Amber Capital held a 15,039% stake in Save through Amber Capital UK and Amber Capital Italia. The sale of the shares took place between a minimum of 15,9988 and a maximum of 16,0945 euro, against the current prices which record the Save share at 12,92 euro, an increase of 2,5%.
