Welfare treatments have been reformed for the Sesto and Savigliano plants, providing for the disbursement of 40 and 100 euros per year for those with family members. Furthermore, for all sites, the disbursement of €50 per year is envisaged for the duration of the agreement.

In order to increase the culture of safety in the company, one hour of workshops is introduced a year, aimed at all employees. The workshop will be promoted jointly by RLS and RSPP.

SALARY INCREASES

The agreement started a process of bringing the results bonus amounts closer together, which were significantly different between the sites, making a choice of solidarity between workers in favor of those with lower bonus amounts.
