Almaviva, skips the agreement: 1.666 layoffs in Rome

No agreement for the Rome office of the Almaviva call center: this is, according to what has been learned, the outcome of the meeting convened in extremis by the Deputy Minister for Economic Development, Teresa Bellanova, between the company and the unions. I am the letters of dismissal for the 1.666 employees have already started.

Almaviva Contact yesterday made a block against the possible reopening of negotiations on the Rome office. A strong stance, that of the call center company of the Almaviva Group, which arrives the day after the consultation called by the Slc Cgil among the workers of the Roman office who, in the majority (590 "yes" and 473 against) have asked for the reopening of dialogue with the company to sign the agreement proposed by the government instead it was not signed by the Rsu in the night between 21 and 22 December. Meanwhile, the unions are asking for a meeting with the company and the government to transform the opposite of the agreement into a "yes". Today at 12 a new table was convened at the Ministry of Economic Development to search an agreement which however has faded.
