Intesa Sanpaolo and Unicredit rush to the rescue of the Marches: here are the measures adopted and the sums allocated to intervene in the bad weather emergency

The first aid from the banks arrives for families and businesses in the affected Marche Region from the flood and from the damage that the recent storms have caused to private homes and commercial activities. From Intesa Sanpaolo a 200 million euro plafond "to immediately offer financial support" in support of the communities affected by the disaster and the possibility of requesting the suspension for 12 months of the principal portion of the outstanding loan installments for households and businesses residing in the affected areas from bad weather". While among the initiatives prepared by Unicredit a 12-month moratorium on mortgage and unsecured loan installments and a loan with a subsidized rate for private customers residing in the Municipalities of the Marche who have suffered damage due to the flood and the "New business credit package", with a line of loans unsecured/mortgage loans at favorable conditions, in favor of business customers with registered/operating headquarters in the Municipalities affected by the event.

"We are close to the people of the area affected by this disaster and we are putting in place today any instrument of financial support, liquidity and suspension of payments for those who are currently in serious difficulty - he commented Alessandra Florio, regional director Emilia-Romagna and Marche -. We wish to express our closeness to the territories in which we operate, in particular today to the Marches, to which we are linked by a historic presence of the Intesa Sanpaolo group".
