Traffic for vehicles and pedestrians has also been closed for safety reasons.

Even the rivers ofEmilia are kept under control ea budrio, in the Bologna area, the river Index it overflowed causing the evacuation of hundreds of people due to the risk of breaking the levees.

A Venezia the worst seems over, but the high tide will continue for at least a couple more days. The next peak is expected at 110cm of water with 12% of the city flooded. Much will depend on the strength of the winds but from today the schools of Venice they have been reopened and this is a good sign. In the meantime, the Municipality of Venice has started damage count, while subscriptions of funds continue as a sign of solidarity with the population affected by the bad weather.
