The newspaper also refers to shareholders "divided among themselves and short of money", who are preparing to play the joker of creative finance (the spin-off with the maxi revaluation of the Mille Miglia) to avoid having to dig into their wallets and recapitalize the company .
On January 12, the lock-up will expire and shareholders will be able to sell their holdings. In the space of a few months, therefore, the future of the national airline will be decided again, suspended between the temptation of a creeping renationalization and a sale at preferential prices to Air France.
