Only a few hours left. After months of waiting and rumors, at 17pm this afternoon, at the Alfa Museum in Arese, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles will present the new Julia, the sedan created to revive the brand Alfa Romeo after a series of strategic mistakes made in recent years and admitted by the managing director Sergio Marchionne himself.
Today will be one of the most important automotive events of the year. The Giulia (name not yet confirmed) is in fact one of the eight models through which the Italian-American group aims to achieve the goal of 400 thousand sales by 2018, a much higher target than the 70 vehicles marketed in 2014.
The wait for the new sedan from Alfa Romeo was made even more agonizing by the publication, yesterday morning, of some spy photos taken of the most powerful version in the range, which will be called Quadrifoglio. In fact, the rumors speak of 510 CV delivered by a bi-turbo V6 engine developed in collaboration with Ferrari.
