The stake acquired in August was held by the fund High Capital IV (private equity fund managed by Alto Partners Sgr) and by the Bucaioni family (through Mama Holding). Following the completion of the acquisition, Marco Bucaioni, founder of Tricobiotos, has left the positions held up to now in the company after having offered a valuable collaboration to favor its integration with the Alfa Parf Group.
