Following the definitive award approved by the Municipal Administration, the transfer of ownership of Alento Gas, a sales company owned by the Municipality of Francavilla (51%) and by the French GdfSuez Energie (49%), was completed, with the signing of the contract of transfer of shares a Hera Comm Marche, a Hera Group company already active in Abruzzo and Marche with over 110.000 customers.
The current contracts with customers will remain in force and the operation will not involve any changes in the sales and assistance structure: the company will continue to operate in the area and the Francavilla al Mare office will be maintained with the function of supervision territorial sales department, as well as the customer desk and dedicated staff.
Hera Comm Marche's experience will also make it possible to best meet the needs of the local area and customers with diversified offers designed in relation to needs, both for the gas service and for electricity, also making use of the support of a network of qualified agents.
