Alcohol on the stock exchange: Stock '84 towards the IPO together with Limoncè, Amaro Radis and Keglevich

Piazza Affari risks the hangover: they could soon land on the Italian list Stock '84, Limonce, Bitter Radis e Keglevich, along with other leading vodka brands in Poland and the Czech Republic. All these brands belong to the Stock Spirits Group, the spirits group created in 2007 by the Oaktree fund through the merger between the subsidiaries Eckes & Stock and Polmos Lublin.

Oaktree is allegedly testing investors to think about a possible IPO, even if nothing has been decided yet, so much so that in the meantime the fund has just injected new finance to allow the spirits group to make new acquisitions on the market. Oaktree thinks of a valuation of Stock Spirits of 800-900 million euros, based on 2012 turnover of 292,4 million (from 295,1 million in 2011) and an Ebitda of 68,8 million (from 64,3 million ).
