Alcedo acquires 60% of Atlantic Stars

The founders Alessandro Squarzi, Cristiano Martelli, Gian Luca Zucchelli and Matteo Zoni remain a 40% stake – The four will maintain their respective roles within the company for the style, production and distribution areas.

Alcedo acquires 60% of Atlantic Stars

Alcedo and completes the acquisition of 60% of Atlantic Stars, the premium-range sneaker brand, an icon of Made in Italy.

In detail, Alcedo has acquired the shares currently held by the four founders Alessandro Squarzi, Cristiano Martelli, Gian Luca Zucchelli and Matteo Zoni, who remain with a 40% stake and maintain their respective roles within the company for the style, production and distribution areas.

“Under the guidance of the new shareholders – reads the company's night – Atlantic Stars, together with the Rov brand included in the scope of the operation, are entering the heart of the new activities and will be present at the current edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo 94 in Florence ”.

Michele Gallo, partner of Alcedo, commented: “We are happy to have completed this operation which will allow us to accompany Atlantic Stars in its growth and development path. Our main objective will be to lead the company by strengthening its identity and brand presence globally”.
