Launching today TIMsostiene, the new crowdfunding platform that offers itself as a point of reference for those who, even through a simple donation, want to contribute to doing good for Italy. TIMsupports hosts the main fundraising campaigns among those promoted by the most well-known Third Sector Organizations on the national territory. Four thematic areas – Health and Research, Culture, Environment, Society – within which it will be possible to discover the initiatives, learn about the objectives and follow the results, to contribute to collections in an aware way and be protagonists of a shared change.

The platform allows you to make online donations in a simple and secure way, by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. The use of the best SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security certificates in fact, it guarantees a protected and confidential connection of the information entered. The entire amount of donations is donated to the chosen campaign; In fact, TIM bears the amount of any transaction fees envisaged by the companies that offer digital payment services.

TIMsostiene makes its debut with fundraising for the projects of the Umberto Veronesi Foundation, Io sto con Paolo, L'Albero della Vita Foundation, Oxfam, Unicef, Programma il Futuro, Unaiutosubito and Accademia Teatro alla Scala. The new platform was born from the experience of WithYouWeDo, the first TIM crowdfunding portal dedicated to the initiatives of individual citizens and small associations which raised around two million euros in three years. With the same tool, in 2016 TIM also contributed to the creation of unaiutosubito.org, the campaign in collaboration with Il Corriere della Sera and TgLA7, which raised more than 1,5 million euros to support the populations affected by the earthquake in center of Italy.
