The IPO of Banzai is underway, which from today until February 11 (barring extension or early closing) will place a maximum stake of 39,4% on the Stock Exchange with institutional investors, i.e. 16 million shares (up to 8 million per capital increase, maximum 8 put up for sale by shareholders).

The price range initially indicated for the placement is between 6,75 and 8,50 euros per share, which correspond to a valuation of the company active in e-commerce and digital publishing of between 220 million and 277 million euros .

If the securities subject to institutional placement were fully subscribed, the founder of Banzai Paolo Ainio would see his stake in the company diluted to 21,45% of the post-listing capital, while Matteo Arpe's Sator, through the vehicle Arepo Bz, would have 12,92 .17% and the 9,34 shareholder managers, overall, XNUMX%.

Jefferies international and Banca Profilo take care of the placement, in the role of joint global coordinators and joint lead manager, while Banca Akros plays the role of sponsor for the listing, joint lead manager of the placement and specialist.
