The amendments to the development decree are under consideration

In the midst of the controversy, the evaluation of all those (very numerous) envisaged in the text continues – Awaited the response on the request for an extension of the time for the examination of the provision in the courtroom.

Amidst several amendments and controversies, the examination of the development decree continues in the Budget and Finance commissions of the Chamber. Yesterday the admissibility of the amendments up to article 6 was assessed and around half of the proposed amendments were not accepted. Probably the same fate will befall the amendments under examination today, from article 7 of the decree onwards. And quite a few discussions raised the rejection of an amendment on Lampedusa presented by the PDL due to inadmissibility: even Fini was brought up, but the presidency of the Chamber immediately replied that the question fell within the competence of the two commissions. Another topic on which the discussion will probably focus concerns maritime state property. The Democratic Party insists on an excerpt, but the League does not agree and says it is open to corrections and improvements, but not an excerpt tout court.
However, all the groups agree on the need for a lengthening of the time for examining the provision and the amendments. And between this afternoon and tomorrow it will be known whether the request made to Fini in a letter to postpone the decree's appearance in the courtroom by a couple of days has been accepted.
