Upon returning from holidays, citizens are surprised by new trade union unrest that affects the month of September. Arms crossed for the whole day will be workers in the aviation, airport and related airport sectors, those of airport handling companies and services and employees of air transport companies in the handlers sector. And in all likelihood there will be delays, but also cancellations: Italy Airways has already canceled 30 flights. Another stop on the air front is expected on Saturday 16 September, with a national strike by ground staff, lasting 8 hours, from 10.00 to 18.00. The strike will last 24 hours, from midnight on 8 September to 23.59pm on the same day. And it was called separately by several unions, both grassroots and confederate, afdifferent time axes. Those who will suffer inconvenience with the postponed or canceled flight will be able to ask for a refund. Ita announces that in the event of cancellation or change in the time of your flight, you can change the booking without any penalty or request a refund of the ticket (only if the flight has been canceled or has been delayed by more than 5 hours) within and no later than 13 September 2023, by calling the toll-free number or by contacting the travel agency where the ticket was purchased.
