Once the merger has been completed, Sat will change its name to Toscana Aeroporti Spa, a listed company with registered office in Florence.

Airports, green light for the Florence-Pisa merger

The extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Adf (Florence Airport) unanimously voted in favor of the merger with Sat, the company that manages the Pisa airport. The exchange ratio was set at 0,9687 Sat ordinary shares for each Adf ordinary share: following the merger, Sat will change its name to Toscana Aeroporti Spa, a listed company with registered office in Florence.
