Aeroporti Holding sells 33,4% of Florence Airport to Cedicor: mandatory takeover bid, Adf takes off on the Stock Exchange

33,402% of the share capital of Aeroporto di Firenze will change hands at 13,42 euros per share – Cedicor, the parent company of the Argentinian group Corporacion America, will have to launch a mandatory public tender offer.

Florence Airport (AfF) takes off in Piazza Affari, achieving an increase of about 23 percentage points at the opening. The buying spree comes on the heels of new property news.

Airports Holding will sell 33,402% of the share capital of AdF at 13,42 euros per share. The agreement was signed with Cedicor, parent company of the Argentinian group Corporacion America, which, at the end of the operation, will have to launch amandatory public tender offer on the remaining part of AdF's share capital.  

Controlled by Sagat (operator of the Turin-Caselle airport, which belongs to the F2i fund), Aeroporti Holding is also owned by Equiter (Intesa SanPaolo ) and Tecnoinvestimenti (attributable to the Italian Chamber of Commerce system).
