Airports, Catullo: green light for negotiations with Save

The shareholders' meeting of Catullus gave the green light to the exclusive negotiation until 30 September with Save, which last August 35 had made a non-binding proposal to acquire XNUMX% of the company that manages the airports of Verona and Brescia.

"The Assembly acknowledged, on the basis of what was reported by the Board of Directors - reads a note from Catullo -, that of all the sector operators met to discuss the possibility of agreements, Save", the company that manages the airport of Venice, "was the one that showed interest in evaluating the multi-airport system project".

At the beginning of the afternoon, the title of Save left more than one point on the field.
