Yet another exploit by Aedes on the stock exchange. The capital increase in progress and the announced merger with Sgr Sator Immobiliare of Carlo Puri Negri, former head of Real Estate of the Pirelli group, add to the speculation on the Aedes stock, still suspended today on a theoretical increase of over 13 %, to touch the euro per share threshold. To be precise the value of the action has touched 0,94 euros, i.e. its all-time high since 1 August 2014, already reached on 28 April.
In the last six months the stock of the real estate company, listed in the MTA segment of Piazza Affari, earned the most with a performance of + 144,17%. On 30 January it was worth 0,32 euros, then the surge up to 0,81 on 9 February. In the first three days of this week, the share rose from 0,60 euro at Friday's close, up to almost 1 euro.
