Aedes SIIQ will inaugurate on June 14th the Serravalle Retail Park renovated in "Phase A" and "Phase B" already open to the public and purchased by Aedes SIIQ in mid-2017, and expanded with the opening of "Phase C" also entirely owned by Aedes. The Serravalle Retail Park outlet, thanks to the opening of "Phase C", it reaches a total GLA (useful commercial surface area) of approximately 40.000 m80, an occupancy rate of over 4,3% and annual rents for a total of approximately XNUMX million euros.
The project had been commented with FIRSTonline last September dallCEO of Aedes, Giuseppe Roveda, in giving the news of another project, that of the San Marino outlet: "The real estate market is recovering and the time for outlets is not over: it will take time, especially in Italy, before e-commerce changes the paradigms of commerce”.
