Carlo Bruno, great protagonist of the world of publishing and communication in recent decades, has passed away. Born in Piedmont (Villanova d'Asti) and a huge fan of Turin, Carlo Bruno had long been afflicted with serious health problems. He leaves his wife Roberta Lai, who for months following her husband's problems took over the reins of the Milanese communication agency Carlo Bruno & Associati, founded in 2006 and which will only be remembered as the last of Carlo's many professional adventures Bruno.

In fact, during the first 20 years of his career he collaborated with some of the major national publishing groups, such as La Stampa of Turin, RCS (Rizzoli - Corriere della Sera). From 1980 to 82, in Buenos Aires, he was Editorial Director of Abril, at that time the largest publishing group in South America. Called to manage Montedison's External Relations from 1982 to 1988, he created, guided and completed the "Culture Project", an innovative business communication model based on the diffusion of science, research and culture. In the same years he was Chairman of the newspaper Il Messaggero and later a member of the board of directors of Il Sole 24 Ore. In 1988 he founded Bonaparte48, one of the most important Italian communication agencies. In 2006 he sold Bonaparte48 to found carlobruno & associati.
