Giuseppe Guzzetti, at the top of Acri since 2000, was unanimously re-elected president of the Association of Foundations and of Casse di Risparmio Spa for a new three-year term. At the same time, the Assembly proceeded to renew other important organs of the Association - such as the Council, the Banking Companies Committee, the Small and Medium Foundations Committee and the Board of Auditors - according to the new governance criteria defined by the approved statutory reform last February 10, which gives greater representation to the territories.
The Council, whose list is attached below, is made up of 30 members, in addition to the President of the Association. Five are expressions of the top five member Foundations in terms of assets size based on the latest approved budget available, one expression of the Small and Medium Foundations Committee, two expressions of the Committee of Banking Companies, twenty-two expressions of five Geographic Areas1, of which nine represented by the Coordinators/Presidents of the Local Councils/Associations.
The Executive Committee of Acri, which with the new governance takes the place of the Presidential Committee of the Association, will be identified at the next meeting of the Council. In addition to the President of the Association, who is a member by right, it will be made up of eight members representing the Foundations, three of whom will be elected by the Board as Vice-Presidents for the Foundations, and one representing the Committee of Banking Companies, which this Committee itself will have indicated as Deputy Chairman representing the Banking Companies.
