The Shareholders' Meeting of Acque Potabili - a company active along the entire integrated water cycle chain - which met today in ordinary session in Turin under the chairmanship of Anna Ferrero, appointed the new administrative body for the financial years 2015-2016-2017 who will remain in office until the date of the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements as at 31 December 2017.
The new Board of Directors of the company is therefore made up of: Francesco Sava, President, Armando Quazzo, Chief Executive Officer and Roberta Sciolotto, Director. Furthermore, the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting approved the amendments to articles 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22 of the Articles of Association. After the Shareholders' Meeting, the Board of Directors of Società Acque Potabili spa met to confer powers on the Directors.
