Acea's Board of Directors, which met today Thursday 21 June, “confirming the appreciation for the work of the Chief Executive Officer Stefano Donnarumma and in the spirit of continuity of management and corporate objectives, unanimously approved the appointment of director Michaela Castelli as Chairman of the Board of Directors”.
