An understanding has been reached between That and unions on Person and Participation Charter. Following an intense confrontation that began at the beginning of February, the parties reached an important and innovative agreement to outline common principles and values ​​on which to base their work. The new model is based on a more participatory and integrated dialogue also with the territories in which the Roman multi-utility operates.

The Person and Participation Charter has also identified the macro themes on which to develop subsequent agreements, in particular, in the field of Procurement and Welfare / Work-life balance measures, to guarantee, on the one hand, the quality of work throughout the supply chain and, on the other, to increase productivity, increasing employee well-being with benefits verifiable by customers to whom the company offers public utility services.

The Agreement also introduces some measures, immediately in force, on the subject of training e parenthood (such as the increase in the three-year per capita number of hours intended for staff training, as well as the allowances provided for parental leave and the number of days due for paternity leave and for sickness of the child), and also plans to evaluate courses for the internalization of some activities in order to increasingly enhance the professionalism and experience present in the company.
