Sace-Sparkasse agreement, 20 million to help SMEs in the North East on foreign markets

The loans will range from 100 to 2 million euros and will have a duration of 36, 60 or 80 months – The loans will be disbursed by Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano, while the special Section for Export Credit Insurance will provide the guarantees.

Sace-Sparkasse agreement, 20 million to help SMEs in the North East on foreign markets

A ceiling of 20 million euros to help the internationalization of SMEs in South Tyrol and the North East. This is the amount of the new fund born from the agreement concluded today between Sace and Sparkasse Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano. It was signed by the CEO, Raoul Ascari, and the chief corporate banking, Stefano Ortolano, respectively.

The agreement will allow companies with turnover not exceeding 250 million (of which 10% generated abroad) to obtain loans from Sparkasse with a Sace guarantee of up to 70%. The duration of the credits will be 36, 60 or 84 months and their value may vary from 100 to two million euros. The aim is to finance activities related to growth on foreign markets such as the purchase or requalification of plants, machinery, industrial and commercial equipment. Other sectors involved are those of promotion, advertising, protection of trademarks and patents, research, development and participation in international fairs, acquisition of non-financial shareholdings abroad, purchase of land and its redevelopment, buildings and their renovations, cooperation agreements and of joint ventures with foreign companies.
