Mabo-Enfinity agreement for the development of photovoltaic plants in Italy

The agreement has a total value of 300 million euros and will lead to the development of 100 Mwp overall over the period 2011-2012. Enfinity is a Belgian multinational leader in the renewable energy sector and will directly deal with the installation of the systems and their management and maintenance.

Mabo-Enfinity agreement for the development of photovoltaic plants in Italy

Mabo Group, an Arezzo-based company active in industrial construction, and Enifinity Italia, the Italian branch of the Belgian multinational at the top in the renewable energy sector, have signed an agreement for the construction of photovoltaic systems. The agreement has a total value of approximately 300 million euros and is aimed at the development of 100 Mwp on the roof during the period 2011-2012.

The collaboration between the two companies will determine the implementation, on the Italian territory, of the production of electricity from solar photovoltaic sources. Mabo Group will have the task of finding suitable areas for the project, carrying out feasibility analyzes and coordinating the procedures underlying the granting of surface rights. Enifinity will directly take care of the installation of photovoltaic systems and the consequent management and maintenance of the structures.
