Yesterday the Banco Popolare has reached an agreement with shareholder Crédit Agricole, which defines the patrimonial, financial and commercial aspects of the partnership. The agreement is aimed at the return to profitability of the Agos Ducato joint venture.
The board of directors of Agos Ducato, 61% owned by Crédit Agricole and 39% by Banco Popolare, met in a meeting to approve the new industrial plan, the impairment of goodwill and the draft 2012 financial statements.
