Bper and the company unions concluded the verification phase of the agreement signed last August, which provides for 581 redundancies following 781 exits and 200 new hires.
“Following the verification – reads a note – the number of adhesions received in the period envisaged by the agreement allows us to confirm the aforementioned forecast of the plan. The optimization of resources will contribute to the achievement of annual savings for 2017 of 56 million compared to the inertial cost that would be expected at the same date".
