Asperam, Ilta Nox (Arvedi) and Marcegaglia have announced that they have signed a memorandum of understanding to create an Italian joint venture with the aim of participating in the sale process of Acciai speciali Terni spa, currently being sold by the Finnish group Outokumpu Oyj . Under the terms of the agreement, Asperam will have the majority stake, while Arvedi and Marcegaglia will hold minority stakes.
