The president of the Abi Joseph Mussari, the minister Andrew Riccardi, the president of Censis Joseph DeRita and the president of Istat Enrico Giovannini will be the protagonists of the opening session of the conference promoted by AbiEvents for 11 and 12 April at Palazzo Altieri in Rome on "Customer dimension: banks and customers together to build the future".
The event will unfold over six sessions that will explore all aspects of the evolution of the modern bank and in particular the delicate relationships between banks and customers, which are often at the center of tensions but which can instead represent the lever for a positive change in the bank and for better customer satisfaction.
In addition to the protagonists of the first session, a large participation of bankers, entrepreneurs, managers, scholars and consultants is expected.
