Abertis acquires control of Sanef in France

The Spanish motorway group Abertis has announced that it controls 100% of the French Sanef, the motorway company of Northern and Eastern France.

Abertis has in fact acquired the stake held by the insurance group Cnp for 238 million, the last stage of a process undertaken in January. The Barcelona-based group expects a positive impact of around 15 million on 2017 net profit from this operation and explains that it has fully consolidated Sanef through the Hit holding. Previously, Abertis had acquired the shares in Sanef of the CDC deposit bank, Axa Republique, the Predica insurance company and the Peugeot family.
