A2a: Tarantini criticizes shareholder municipalities on change of governance. “Impressive results but little respect”

“The change of governance, announced without any media precautions, forced us to work for months in a climate of delegitimization. That's not good, particularly for a company that was delivering significant results. The limit of every choice is respect for the person. We have been very lacking in this."

Thus the outgoing president of the management board of A2a, Graziano Tarantini, commented on the attitude taken in recent months by the controlling shareholders, the Municipality of Brescia and Milan, on the change of governance, with the return to monocratic.

“We are committed to doing our best, with such striking results that I reserve further comments, – he added – however, the industrial plan was designed to last for our entire mandate (which would have expired in a year), but this it didn't happen. “

Around 15,30, the A2a share rises on the Stock Exchange by 0,40%.
