The A2A utility group announced that yesterday it was officially stipulated the deed for the merger by incorporation of Delmi into Edipower. The operation, which will take effect from 1 January 2013, will therefore make it possible starting from the new year to simplify Edipower's chain of control, in full coherence with the strategic guidelines defined in the industrial plan of the A2A group. The deed was entered in the register of companies with a date of 18 December 2012.
