Five banks in the final to lead the placement of 5% of A2A by the Municipalities of Milan and Brescia, which after this operation will drop to 50% of the capital in the multi-utility. According to Radiocor, these are Banca Imi, Goldman Sachs, Unicredit, SocGen and Mediobanca, which were selected by Palazzo Marino following a qualitative assessment.
At this point, only the last step remains: the choice by the Municipalities of the best time to proceed with the accelerated book building. At that point the five banks will be asked to formulate an economic offer on the basis of which the definitive selection of the bookrunner will be made. The placement, according to the plans of the two Municipalities, must take place by 30 June.
