New chapter in the stock market collapse of Seat Pagine Gialle, which lost 89% in Piazza Affari at the close, reaching 0,002 euros per share.

The company's stock is dragged down the stock exchange by the maxi-capital increase reserved for creditors, who thus become 99,75% shareholders, eliminating (at 0,25%) the weight of the current shareholders. In fact, the creditors received a total of 6.411 billion shares, which bring the total number to 6.427 billion, before merging into one share for every 100. The transaction also involved the cash payment of 94,7 million euro.
