How much strength do they have pmi to innovate and stay within Industry 5.0? They are the backbone of the Italian system, agreed, but they need to grow within it Vision which combines innovation with sustainability, and not just environmental. In the field there are programs and money that help avoid making missteps and where partnerships become valuable. In transparency, of course and without speculation of any kind.
This morning, February 5th, at Napoli the project is presented Bridgesmes financed by the European Commission and coordinated by “Initiativa”. “Initiativa” is a financial advisor that has been promoting public-private partnership operations for many years. He has more than 120 under his belt and in today's meeting he will explain the aims of a project that asks our companies first of all to review their operating models.
The presentation takes place in the Acen headquarters in Piazza dei Martiri and will be coordinated by Roberto Race, consultant in corporate strategy and includes industrialists, university professors and researchers among the participants. A faithful representation of the protagonists of the 360-degree transition.
Grow in all sectors
Industry 5.0 is now the European paradigm which selects companies and their business. Bridgesmes wants to develop new intervention standards and best practices to address the fast-paced changes. The closest horizon is undoubtedly that of artificial intelligence with which the world economy is measured. They were assigned to the project 2,5 million euro to be used in 36 months. In addition to "Initiative", there is a consortium made up of 3 universities and 5 cluster associations of relevant industrial ecosystems. The areas of intervention are mobility, transport and automotive; aerospace and defense; electronics; cultural and creative industries, tourism. Let's say, the sample of needs that the large and small industry of tomorrow must be able to respond to. Those who don't move risk extinction.
“Bridgesmes – they explain Ivo Allegro e Aliona Lupu manager of Initiative and Funding & Tenders – will facilitate collaboration between traditional SMEs and technology startup SMEs, accelerating the adoption of innovative and advanced solutions and improving cluster cooperation to support all SMEs across value chains.” Cooperation also means becoming aware of the starting point, which in the Italian average for SMEs is low.
Transparent and efficient partnerships
Before reaching other levels, companies must consolidate their positions. Maintain and regenerate, thanks to innovation, are the verbs to obtain long-term sustainable competitive advantage. The managers of “Initiativa” are convinced of this, as are those who will intervene to support the project. The truth is that the playing field has widened, it is no longer just Italian. Technologies, certified supply chains, specializations and zero impacts are required everywhere.
“For us at Initiative it is a great result – add the two experts – as it marks further growth of the company on European programs to support research and development. For years we have worked not only by supporting customers in accessing and managing these benefits but by using them directly to develop our know-how and our international network".
To stay with Italy, the government is not playing the game as necessary and urgent. He is reeling in the face of global challenges. The Made in Italy high school was conceived to innovate. What solution is it? The Transition Plan 5.0 was announced with 6,5 billion business support. According to previews, it provides for new tax credits in the two-year period 2024-25 and bonuses for investments in goods and activities that ensure energy savings o energy efficiency.
