Pirelli e Sat, active in northern Europe in the sale and assistance services for tyres, have signed a preliminary agreement for a long-term partnership for the local market and in particular the Sweden. The operation involves the transfer of ownership from Pirelli to CTS of Dackia, which operates a network of 60 directly owned stores and 42 affiliates active in Sweden.

At the same time, Pirelli and Däckia have signed an supply agreement until 2030, which will guarantee the distribution of Pirelli products and its role as main supplier. The transaction, subject to the approval of the Regulatory Authorities, should be finalized by next month of July and will allow Pirelli to count on an “even more structured” distribution system, as stated in a note, with an expected “greater market coverage” and leveraging specialization.
