Essilor Luxottica, the Italian-French eyewear giant led by Francesco Milleri e Diesel, the flagship brand of Otb group, have entered into an exclusive 10-year licensing agreement for the design, manufacturing and global distribution of glasses Diesel.

The first part of the agreement will be in force immediately and until 31 December 2029. There is then an automatic renewal option for the following five years. The first collection will be available on the market starting from the first quarter of 2025. This signature further strengthens the relationship between the two parties, which began in 2022.

The new collections will be developed under the creative guidance by Glenn Martens, Creative Director of Diesel, and will play irreverently with materials and technologies to embrace Gen Z's growing passion for the brand, with genderless products suitable for everyone.
