otb, the international fashion and luxury group that owns the brands Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor&Rolf, companies Staff International e Good Kid, and which holds a stake in the brand Amiri, and Chalhoub Group, a leading partner in creating experiences dedicated to the world of luxury in the Middle East with a portfolio of ten proprietary brands and more than 450 international brands, have signed a strategic joint venture agreement to significantly expand the presence of luxury brand by Otb in the area.

This partnership combines Chalhoub's expertise and consolidated infrastructure with the uniqueness, creativity and innovation of OTB's brands. The objective is the creation of a dynamic and integrated retail network to strengthen the presence of Jil Sander, Maison Margiela and Marni in Middle East through the opening of new stores, the enhancement of brands' e-commerce platforms and local marketing activities.

The partnership plans to open more than 15 retail store over the next 5 years and will focus on key markets such as the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, in addition to the Maison Margiela boutique, already present in the Dubai Mall, and the presence in the main shopping centers and concept stores of the area.
