Appointments: news for Candy, Skyteam and Sorgente Sgr

Upcoming appointments for Candy, Sorgente Sgr and Skyteam. Emanuela Bianchi, the new Marketing Manager of the MDA Italia division of the household appliances group, joins Candy. The governance of Sorgente Sgr then changes: Gualtiero Tamburini, industrial economist, becomes president and Carlo Petagna, who oversaw the establishment and operational start-up of Invimit Sgr, becomes managing director. The SkyTeam global airline alliance has instead chosen as its new CEO, Kristin Colvile. The appointment was made official by the Board of Directors on which the presidents and CEOs of the 20 member airlines sit, including Alitalia.

Kristin Colvile - specifies the press release presenting her investiture - "has over 25 years of experience in the sector and joins SkyTeam after holding management roles in numerous departments of Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines, where she worked since 1993 She also recently spearheaded a particularly successful multi-year transformation of Delta's cargo business.”

Emanuela Bianchi will report directly to the Country Manager Italy of Candy Group, Alessio Villa and "will insert her skills and professionalism within the team dedicated to the development of marketing strategies, with the aim of enhancing the skills and peculiarities distinctive features within the household appliances sector of the Candy group, with particular focus on the Candy and Hoover brands”, underlines the company's note.

In Sorgente Sgr, on the other hand, the entry at the top of "a long-term manager like Tamburini and a figure of great experience in the Real Estate sector like Petagna is linked to the diversification of the business towards new types of real estate, but also in alternative development sectors such as infrastructure, RSA, public-private projects, renewable energies” concludes the official note.
