The personal is political, as feminists shouted in the early 70s, and it is sacrosanct even today. It is therefore natural that the decision to Giorgia Meloni to end her ten-year relationship with her partner Andrew Giambruno and father of his daughter Ginevra, for the squalid sexist and macho displays on Mediaset TV where the dacoit works, becomes a political case that deserves all respect for the Prime Minister not only for the human suffering that such events cause but for the courage and the frankness with which he addressed it. We can totally disagree with Meloni's politics but we owe her the utmost respect as a woman and as prime minister and we must recognize one thing: that this time too, in a humanly delicate story, Meloni proved to be a woman of character. After all, she herself wrote it on social media: "As much as the drop digs into the stone, the stone remains stone and the drop is only water." Hats off and maximum solidarity for Meloni womens even before premier. Well done Giorgia, this time you only deserve applause.
Meloni did very well to break up with a macho bully like Giambruno: well done Giorgia
By breaking off her romantic relationship with her partner Andrea Giambruno for his squalid macho and sexist manifestations, Meloni has once again proven herself to be a woman of character who deserves the utmost respect
