In detail, Italy exports 253,1 million of wheat flour worldwide (310.602 tons of wheat flour) and 97,8 million of semolina (132.062 tons of semolina). As regards organic products, wheat flour exports are worth 41,7 million while organic semolina exports are worth 18,6 million.

Italian cheeses: excellence in the world with growing exports

But excellence does not stop at flours.
