In two weeks, Intesa Sanpaolo will take off a interim dividend 2025, equal to 17 cents a share. This represents for the institute led by Charles Messina, a total cash outlay of 3,03 billion euros. The board of directors resolved this on the occasion of the examination of the financial results of the first nine months of 2024, underlining that there are no "contraindications deriving from the foreseeable results for the 4th quarter of 2024 nor recommendations from regulators regarding capital ratios, higher than the minimum requirements established by supervisory regulations.

By comparing the unit amount to the reference price of the share at the closing on 30 October 2024 (3,9445 euros), the result is a yield equal to 4,31%. The dividend will be detached on Monday 18 November 2024 and will be paid from 20 November.
