To apply for emergency income you must submit a Valid Single Substitute Declaration. This was specified by INPS, which in recent days has received many requests that are impossible to satisfy precisely because they do not have a DSU.
Yes, but what is the Dsu? In a certain sense, she is the mother of Isee. Basically, the single self-declaration contains the personal data, income and assets of the households. On the basis of these numbers, the Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator is calculated (Isee), i.e. the value used by the Public Administration (state and local) to determine who is entitled to subsidized social benefits, from family allowances to the baby bonus, passing through the exemption from university fees and – recently – emergency income.
But beware: each Dsu is valid until 31 December of the year of presentation, therefore those presented in 2019 have expired and can no longer be used. Consequently, to apply for new subsidized social benefits - including emergency income - or in some cases to continue to benefit from the benefits you already enjoy, a new DSU must be presented and thus obtain the Isee 2020.
In the absence of a valid Single Substitute Declaration, the application for emergency income "cannot be accepted - writes INPS in a note – It will therefore be necessary to present a valid Dsu and, subsequently, a new application”. We remember that among the requirements foreseen for the Rem an ISEE not exceeding 15 thousand euros is included.
Finally, the Institute reiterates that emergency income applications can be presented by 30 June 2020 through the services offered by patronages or on the INPS website. In the second case, you can log in using one of the following credentials:
- Inps device pin
- Credenziali Speed (Public Digital Identity System) at least level 2:
- Cns (National Service Card);
- Cie (Electronic Identity Card).
