It is a real training area, a gym not for athletes but for those who find themselves having to deal with financial issues every day. It is the Fideuram Campus which yesterday celebrated its tenth birthday together with 350 managers and financial advisors, a unique place, born from a visionary dream: to create an innovative aggregation and training hub for all the financial advisors of the Fideuram Networks. A structure where everyone can learn more about the company and colleagues and progress in their profession.
The CEO Thomas Corcos and the co-general manager Fabio Cubelli they retraced the history of the Campus and the value of training in the growth of Financial Consultants and Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.
The project also attracts professionals from abroad
Special guest Fabio Capello, head of Network Coordination, who told, through memories and anecdotes, his experiences as a footballer, coach and manager. Also remembered was Giovanni Battista Vassallo, who recently passed away, co-founder and for 10 years promoter and soul of the Campus, after whom the room dedicated to the Committees was named.

Every day 100 private bankers, 120.000 hours of training per year
Inaugurated in 2013, the Fideuram Campus in Peschiera Borromeo, on the outskirts of Milan, is a space surrounded by greenery and well connected logistically to welcome financial advisors from all over Italy.
In the classrooms dedicated to training activities, which welcome over 100 private bankers daily, they alternate as teachers university professors, internal trainers, established professionals and headquarters colleagues. Over time, the Campus has seen the number of training days grow from 5.000 in the first year to 15.000 of 2023, with 120.000 hours of training provided annually.
The classrooms are equipped with technologically advanced equipment to guarantee high training standards both in person and remotely. The structure also houses the studies and editorial staff of the KeyTV, the Fideuram corporate channel: active since 2006, KeyTV produces over 400 audiovisual contents a year on the most varied topics: from the products and services offered to regulatory and tax issues, from problem solving to the profiles of the typical investor, from contributions from Fideuram's partners product at corporate and network events.
In addition to the spaces dedicated to training and communication, the Campus is an accommodation facility that allows consultants to be hosted with restaurant rooms and areas for moments of relaxation and leisure.
Over the years, the training activity has continuously evolved in terms of content and purpose, reaching the point of developing, in collaboration with theCatholic University of Milan, a path that trains Financial Consultants for the management of the entire wealth sphere of clients and leads them to acquire the Wealth Consultant Certification.
The Fideuram Campus did not stop even during the pandemic: training activities were temporarily moved from classrooms to online and the objective, for the future, is to increase training and information activities, meeting the needs of innovation and development of the profession, but above all, to continue to be the "Home" of Fideuram financial advisors.
